The “secret” by the way is hard work, not a miraculous trick that makes you rich overnight, I can tell you this right away. But I know now what to do and how to do it and I am going to share this with you.

I tried network marketing, affiliate marketing and e-commerce. (The latter was too much hassle with all this sending the stuff and sometimes it got lost in the mail or the buyer claimed so and so on…)

In network marketing I had a really supportive upline but they couldn’t teach me how to do the Business. I had very little success but kept on trying. After a while I started looking elsewhere for help and found it on the internet. I learned about affiliate marketing and had better results with that than with my MLM.

Why was that?

You see, after approximately two years in MLM I couldn’t talk to anyone about my Home Business anymore. How could I promote a Business opportunity if I wasn’t making any money? I am a honest person and if someone asked me how much I was earning, I could not lie. Fake it, till you make it? Impossible!

In affiliate marketing I could promote products I liked over the internet and if someone clicked on my add and bought the product, I got paid. No uncomfortable questions here. The people bought it by themselves! That’s the difference!

The secret is, you have to attract people to your Home Business, regardless of which kind of Business you want to start. This I learned from Ann Sieg who explains all about it in her book “The Renegade Network Marketer”.

So here is my idea – several streams of income:

• We use a good network marketing company (use, not work for) as a foundation in our Business. I write “use” because it is only one part in our Business and we use it as one of the tools to generate income.

• We use affiliate marketing to recommend the tools anyone would need anyway for her Business (like a hosting company, an autoresponder, a webconference program etc.).

• We use a very good video-course about how to do internet marketing as one way to train new partners. My MLM-partners get it for free and those who don’t join can buy it (it costs almost 500$.).

• We sell info-products.

The idea is to help you to build a real Business. You should not depend on something or someone but yourself. Normally, when you start with a MLM-company you depend totally on the company. They even own the list of your contacts. If they make some changes that seriously affect your Business, you can’t so anything about it. You are not making the decisions!

I want to empower you to make your own decisions and to build your Home Business on several streams of income, which makes you independent from the MLM-company. I don’t want to own you.
